| 摘 要： | 高职人才培养模式既是高职教育的基本问题，也是高职教育改革的关键问题。经过十多年的实践，校企合作、工学结合、顶岗实习已成为中国特色的职业教育人才培养模式。然而，与先进国家的职业教育相比较，我们还有很大差距。英国是世界上最早采用学徒制且最成功地发展起来的国家，也是历史上最早提出职业教育理论的国家之一。英国现代学徒制具有学制灵活、培养目标多层次性、政府强化管理等特点。根据我国职业教育工学结合现状，中国特色现代学徒制改革应借鉴英国的做法推进高职人才培养模式创新。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational talent cultivation is not only a basic issue in higher vocational education, but also a vital one in the reform of higher vocational education. With more than a decade of practice, school - enter- prise cooperation, combinations of working and learning, and internship have become the mode of vocational talent cultivation. However, there has been a long way to go compared with vocational education in some advanced coun- tries. Britain is the earliest and most successful country to adopt apprenticeship and is one of those who put forward the theory of vocational education. Britain modern apprenticeship has the characteristic of flexible education sys- tem, multi - level of training target, and government administration. According to the status quo of Chinese higher vocational education, the reform of Chinese modern apprenticeship should learn from Britain to push on the innova- tion of talent euhivation in higher vocational education. |
