| 摘 要： | 通过对2004年至2005年武汉4个主要钢材仓储货场的考察，结合武钢集团销售模式和钢铁物流的特点，剖析了货场运作中的弊病，并提出了三步走的改造方案。最后对武汉钢铁流通产业的未来格局作了分析展望。

| Abstract: | This paper was written based on the investigation of several iron and steel warehouses and trade centers in Wuhan during 2004 to 2005.In combination with the characteristics of metal logistics and sales pattern of WISCO(one of the largest iron and steel corporations in China),the paper analyses the advantages in the operation of warehouses,presents a three-step reform program,with prospect for the situation of Wuhan local metal circulation industry. |
