| 摘 要： | 龙滩水轮机座环工地加工机床是东电设备中心为龙滩电站水轮机座环工地加工开发的专用设备,按技术要求,龙滩水轮机座环在工地安装后必须对相关的安装面(4面1密封槽)进行整体加工,以消除变形和尺寸误差。本文主要介绍龙滩水轮机座环工地加工机床的设计原理、主要结构、厂内预装试加工情况、工地安装调试及加工过程。

The Installation and Adjustment of the Processing Machine Tools in the Construction Site of the Hydraulic Turbine Stay Ring of Longtan Hydropower Station |

| Abstract: | The processing machine tools in the construction site of the hydraulic turbine stay ring of Longtan is the special equipment developed by the Equipment Centre of Dongfang Electric Machinery Co.,Ltd.,which is used for the processing in the construction site of the hydraulic turbine stay ring of Longtan.According to the technical requirements,after installing the hydraulic turbine stay ring of Longtan in the construction site,the related install surfaces,i.e.,four surfaces and one seal groove,must have a global processing in order to remove the errors of deformation and dimension.This paper mainly introduces the hydraulic turbine stay ring of Longtan Hydropower Station in such aspects as projecting principles,major structure,the trial processing situations of preassembled inside the workshop,and the procedures of installment,adjustment and processing in the construction site. |
