| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了我国现阶段按劳动力价值分配、按劳分配和按生产要素分配的几个理论问题。我们认为:马克思所设想的按劳分配在我们当今历史条件下是无法实现的;按劳动力价值分配在我国社会主义市场经济条件下具有客观必然性;按劳动力价值分配是现阶段劳动者个人收入分配的主体方式,劳动者所获得的收入还应该包括按劳动力贡献分配的收入。

| Abstract: | Several theories, such as the labor force value distribution at this stage, distribution according to work and distribution according to production factors are discussed in this paper. It is thought that distribution according to work assumed by Marx can not be achieved in our contemporary historical conditions. It is objectively inevitable for us to accept the distribution according to labor force value in the country's socialist market economic conditions. The distribution according to labor force value is the main income distribution manner at individual workers at this stage. The income workers received should also include the income distributed by labor contributions. |
