| 摘 要： | 运动员的职业发展问题随着我国人事制度的发展变迁被人们逐渐重视起来.近年来一些相关的理论研究逐渐增多.本文通过时国外运动员职业生涯规划研究现状与相关成果的梳理、分析,得出六点结论.并在此基础上,为我国运动员的职业生涯发展提出三条建议:第一,制定并实施运动员职业生涯规划计划;第二,建立运动员职业生涯规划发展基金;第三,建立运动员职业生涯规划辅助系统.

| Abstract: | Along with the deeper development of the market reforms,more and more athletes will face the fierce competition of obtaining an occupation.These thesis has drawn six conclusions through researching on the athletes' careers in other countries.Then three piece of advice is put forward accding these conclusions.We hope them will help our country's athletes to deverlping their careers after retiring from sports. |
