| 摘 要： | 为确保大面积提高小学教育专科自考助学质量,我省建立了省、市、县三级函授助学辅导网络。省教育学院全盘统筹、主持全省函授助学工作,各设区市教育(教师进修)学院组织实施函授助学工作,县(市、区)教师进修学校具体落实助学工作。通过多年探索,各地结合实际,形成了市级学院中心模式、市县协同模式、县级学校中心模式等助学模式,在制度、师资、内容、形式、管理、评价等方面积累了三级助学网络建设的有效经验,改变了自考“重考试轻教育之嫌”,真正有效提高教师教育教学素养,促进小学教师专业化发展。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the quality of the aid to the Self-study of the Program of the Elementary Education Specialty in the Self-study Examinations,our province has set up an aiding network through correspondence at the three levels of the province,the city and the county.Fujian Institute of Education makes all plans and is in charge of the whole province's correspondence teaching,and the institutes of education at the district or city level do the implementing and managing work.Based on real situation and after several years of research,they have created such study-aiding models as City Institute Model,City-county Coordination Model,and County School Model,thus accumulating effective ways of building the three-level study-aid network in institutions,teacher employment,teaching content,teaching formats,management,and assessment.As a result,the rumor that there is emphasis on examinations and neglect on education in Self-study Examinations has been contradicted.In this way,the teachers,qualities in education have been improved and the primary teachers' specialization has been promoted. |
