| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济与世界经济的日益接轨，人们的海洋观念也在不断发展，从海洋为人类提供渔盐、舟楫之便，到国际贸易交流大通道，再到可持续发展的资源宝库和生存空间，海洋经济已逐渐成为推动我国经济增长的积极力量。从宏观及微观的结合上(以南通为例)，探索海洋经济发展战略和目标，分析机遇及挑战，并提出一些应对策略。

| Abstract: | With more connections between Chinese economy and world economy,Chinese develop their view about seas and oceans.Once seas and oceans provided salt and transportation,but now we treat them as sustainable resource reserve and survival space,and seas and oceans has become the force to pro-mote Chinese economy.Based on a micro and macro view,taken Nantong as an example,this paper ex-plores the development strategy and aimof marine economy,then provides countermeasures to meet the chal-lenges and opportunities. |
