摘    要:叙事研究是青年教师专业发展的重要途径。教育叙事是指教师以其独特的叙事视角对自己的教学事件进行描述并在不断反思中提高教学效率和促进教师专业发展的研究活动,叙事研究的基本操作程序是发现问题、生动描述、以事明理。

Abstract:Narrative research is an important way for the development of young-teacher specialties.Educational narration refers to the research activity in which teachers describe their own teaching activity from their typical narrative perspective,and enhance teaching efficiency and promote the development of teachers' specialties in continuous rethinking.The basic operational procedure of narrative research is to discover questions,describe them vividly and make sense of them.
