| 摘 要： | 结合食品加工实训室的现状,分析现有实训室存在的问题,对建设和管理高职食品加工实训室进行探讨,提出加快校内食品生产实训基地的建设,加强校外专业生产实习教学,提高实验员工作待遇,强化激励,建立合理的实验室队伍,规范管理等基本思路.
