| 摘 要： | 我国社会发展已进入转型期、关键期，重建企业诚信是文明社会发展的必然要求；自觉承担社会责任，是企业自身利益的要求，也是构建社会和谐的必然要求。文章阐释了诚信，并从多角度对当前不诚信现象原因进行了探讨，提出了重塑企业诚信和自觉承担社会责任对策和建议。
