| Abstract: | ??Human is a key factor in information system. Based on theman-machine systems engineering theory, this paper considers human in information man-machine system is user of the system, who should be composed of information workers and end users.The shaping factors of information user performance consist of seven parts: human inherent factors,system design factors, documentation factors, training factors, man-machine interface factors, organizationalmanagement factors and environmental factors. |
