| 摘 要： | 基于元治理理论，运用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法，分析了我国体育公共服务供给侧改革面临的困境，提出相应的对策。主要困境：供给主体责任模糊，协同机制缺失，社会基础薄弱。对策：重构政府权能，促进角色转变；完善协同机制，密切伙伴关系；注重文化培育，优化社会环境。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of meta-governance, this paper uses the methods of literature research and logical analysis to analyze the difficulties faced by the supply-side reform of sports public service in China, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. The main dilemma: the main responsibility of the supplier is vague, the coordination mechanism is absent, and the social foundation is weak. Countermeasure: reconstruct the government''s power and function, promote the role change; improve the coordination mechanism, close partnership; pay attention to cultural cultivation, optimize the social environment. |
