| 摘 要： | 知识产权质押融资风险由于存在很大的不确定性,因此在评价中可以运用区间数对各项指标进行赋值。区间数TOPSIS方法的应用在一定程度上解决了不确定性指标赋值的主观性问题,但也存在一定的缺陷。本文运用马氏距离对欧氏距离进行替换,克服了属性之间存在线性相关性时欧氏距离失效的缺陷,同时引入联系向量距离解决可能存在的距离正理想解近的方案可能距离负理想解也近的问题,从而综合马氏距离和联系向量距离较为全面的对TOPSIS方法进行改进,使该方法更具科学性和合理性,最后运用改进后的区间数TOPSIS方法对知识产权质押融资风险进行了评价,并对评价结果进行了比较分析。

Risk Assessment of IP-backed Financing based on an improved Interval Number TOPSIS Method |

| Abstract: | Because of the great uncertainty in the financing risk of intellectual property pledge, the interval number can be used to assign value to each index. The application of the interval number TOPSIS method solves the subjective problem of uncertainty index assignment to a certain extent, but there are also certain defects. In this paper, we use Markov distance to replace Euclidean distance, overcome the defect of Euclidean distance failure when there is linear correlation between the attributes, and introduce the linkage vector distance to solve the problem that the possible distance positive ideal solution may be close to the negative ideal solution. The problem, Thus, the TOPSIS method is improved by synthesizing the Markov distance and the connection vector distance, making the method more scientific and reasonable. Finally, the TOPSIS method with improved interval number is used to evaluate the financing risk of intellectual property pledge. The results of the evaluation are compared and analyzed. |
