| 摘 要： | 素质教育是指以全面提高公民思想品德、科学文化和身体、心理、劳动技能素质,培养能力、发展个性为目的的基础教育。由于应试教育的惯性,我国素质教育的开展情况不容乐观,需要加大扭转力度,以应对国际竞争带来的挑战。
