| 摘 要： | 通过对数字出版国内外现状和能力素质模型的研究,提出一套我国科技期刊数字出版编创人员能力素质模型,从管理素质、编辑素质、专业素质、信息素养4个方面概括科技期刊数字出版编创人员所必须具备的能力素质以及相应的提升方法和策略。

| Abstract: | Through the research of digital publishing status and competency model, a set of competency model for sci-tech journal digital publishing staff is proposed. The capacity and methods that the digital publishing staff must have to enhance the quality are summarized from four aspects:management quality, editing quality, professional quality and information accomplishment. |
