| 摘 要： | 当前基础教育中所流行的竞争性教育活动,不仅不能有效培养学生的竞争力,反而会引发一系列的教育问题。这种竞争性的教育活动会损害一部分学生正当的学习兴趣和自信心;使学生学习的内在支撑转化为外在支撑;忽视学生多元智能的发展;破坏学生的合作意识和合作能力,而最终使个体甚至整个群体丧失竞争力。
