| 摘 要： | 兼并型城市是我国城市化进程中的特殊产物,其边缘区的环境问题日益严重,亟需政府采取相应的措施进行环境治理。鉴于兼并型城市边缘区的特殊位置,政府在环境治理方面有可能陷入囚徒困境博弈模型。需要从正面奖励和负面惩戒两方面入手,细化破解边缘区政府环境治理囚徒困境的各项措施,降低政府环境管理的成本,提高集体效益,促进兼并型城市边缘区环境可持续和谐发展。

| Abstract: | The amalgamation of city is a special phenomenon in the course of urbanization of China.The environmental problem of city fringe is more and more serious.It needs the government to adopt measures which of the environmental renovation.In view of the special locations of the amalgamated city,the governments are likely to fall into the prisoner＇s dilemma game models in the area of environmental renovation.From the point of positive incentives and negative punishment,the governments take measures to solve those problems for reducing the costs of environmental management and improving collective efficiency.Those actions will promote the environment of fringe of the amalgamated city sustainable and harmonious development. |
