| 摘 要： | 解说系统是旅游目的地诸要素中的重要组成部分，是旅游目的地的使用功能、服务功能、教育功能得以发挥的必要基础。以福州熊猫世界为研究对象，采用问卷调查方法，运用SPSS16．0统计软件对调查结果进行因子分析，提取游客对旅游解说系统的评价因子，分析游客对旅游解说系统的满意度的影响因素，进而提出对策与建议。研究表明，福州熊猫世界解说系统的总体满意度一般，其规划和设计的改进应该引起相关管理人员的重视。

| Abstract: | The interpretation system is not only an important part in the various elements of the tourist destination but also the necessary basis for playing the tourist destination＇s function of use, service and education. Using SPSS16.0 statistical software to conduct statistical analysis of the survey results about Fuzbou Panda World, the evaluation factors of tourism interpretation system were extracted by using factor analysis. The article analyzes the influencing factor of the tourists＇ satisfaction, and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions. |
