| 摘 要： | 对两种通过障碍技术进行比较研究，揭示了两种通过方法在技术结构、素质构成上的内在联系和规律，提出了武装通过400m障碍时所涉及的技术及素质发展问题，为部队开展武装通过400m障碍提供了相应的理论基础。

| Abstract: | In the articie we compared two skill of over stepping 400m obstacle and made some researches. The results revealed their inner relation and regularities on the form of skill and fitness, pointed out some corresponding relatior-ship on surpassing 400m obstacle with weapons. it provided some relevant foundation of theories on developing sur-passing 400m obstacle with weapon for our troops. |
