| 摘 要： | 针对目前高校体育教师科研意识不浓，科研素养不高，科研能力不强的现状，章在深入分析了高校体育教师科研素养建构的重要性和迫切性的基础上，进一步探讨了高校体育教师所应具备的科研素养，并着重阐述了建构和培养高校体育教师科研素养的途径和措施。

| Abstract: | In the light of the weakness of scientific research consciousness, the low- grade of scientific research attainments, the low - level of scientific research ability, the paper makes an in - depth analysis of the importance and urgency for P. E. teachers in higher institutions to foster scientific research attainments. Based on the comments, the paper further reveals the necessary scientific research attainments for P. E. teachers in institutions of higher learning and expounds the measures to construct and cultivate the attainments especially. |
