农村教育城镇化进程中师资发展问题研究

摘    要:随着农村城镇化的加速,农村教育城镇化的开展也越来越深入,学校的大幅度撤并,教学点的减少,教师的重新安排,城乡之间教师待遇的差异性等现象在农村地区普遍存在,并且导致了当前师资队伍的结构性失衡,优质师资流失以及教师队伍老龄化等一系列问题的加重,国家和当地政府应通过合理配置教师结构比例,实行过剩教师的学科转型,加大经济投入等措施,以促进师资的更好发展。

Abstract:Along with the in-depth progress of rural China’s urbanization,there appear a series of aggravating educational problems in China’s urbanizing rural areas: structural imbalances,loss of elite teachers,the aging of teachers and etc,which might be caused by current extensive revocations and mergers of schools,reduction of teaching institutions,reassignment of teachers and discriminating treatments between urban and rural teachers.The paper argues that both the central and local governments should appropriate the teachers’ population structure,apply disciplinary transform to surplus teachers,increase investments and take other measures to better facilitate teachers’ professional development.
