摘    要:为适应微生物学科的发展和社会对人才培养的需求,根据食品专业的特点,对现行的实验课教学进行改革。在注重基础实验的同时,对综合型、设计型及创新型实验的教学进行一些探讨。

Abstract:In order to adapt to the development of microbiology and social demand for talents,teaching reform of food microbiology experiments had been made,according to characteristics of food specialty.In this paper,the design experiment settings and the innovative experiment settings were discussed during the basic experiment teaching.
