| 摘 要： | 环渤海地区将成为继珠江三角洲和长江三角洲之后中国经济增长的第三极，但该区域金融中心的确定存在着多种意见，“京津双核”之间的竞争大于合作。不利于环渤海区域的发展。借鉴博弈论思想，可以帮助我们分析京津竞争大于合作及环渤海区域金融中心经济金融能量辐射不足的问题。北京作为环渤海金融中心的地位得到了相关的政策支持和肯定，我们研究讨论的焦点更应集中于加强京津合作，强化金融资源集聚辐射等合理配置的问题。

| Abstract: | Bohai Rim region will become the third pole of China＇s economic growth after Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta. However, there are a variety of views on the determination of regional financial center. Competition between Beijing-Tianjin-dual-core does not conducive to the coordinated development of Bohai Rim region. Game theory can help us analyze Bohai Rim regional financial center competition status between Beijing and Tianjin, and the problem of inadequate financial radiation. Beijing as a financial center of Bohai Rim region has been supported by policy affirmation. We should focus the discussion on bow to strengthen cooperation and strengthen the financial resources allocation between Beijing and Tianjin, such as how to distribute financial resources more rationally. |
