| 摘 要： | 网络的发展对大学生思想政治教育工作提出了新的挑战，迫切需要通过强化高校网络思想政治教育工作阵地，加强网络环境下大学生网络伦理的教育与引导，开发高校网络信息“PICS”标准和“标签系统”，加强网络访问控制，建立一支高素质的网络高校思想政治教育工作队伍，以应对网络时代大学生思想政治教育的新要求。

In order to meet the requirements of it, we should strengthen its positions and Internet ethics education and guidance, develop the university network information of PICS standards and labeling system, enhance its network access control, create a high-quality work force. |
