| 摘 要： | 通过研究分析三种区域联防的防守特点,找出各自存在的优点和不足,在这三种半场区域联防基础上突出一个“变化”,组合其各自的优点,弥补不足,设计一套既适合当前篮球运动的发展,又能应对日益全面进攻的变换防守。

| Abstract: | Through researching and analyzing the defense characteristics of three kinds of zone defenses,it found out the advantage and deficiency of them.It stressed a "change" on the basis of these three kinds of half-court zone defense to remedy its insufficiency.It designed a set of converting defense methods that can be not only suitable for the development of present basketball,but also made the needs of an all-round converting defense way. |
