| 摘 要： | 射击运动是具有悠久传统的竞技体育项目,也是我国奥运会夺金重点项目。射击是一个个性化很强的运动项目。研究对我国部分优秀男子手枪速射运动员在射击过程中的肌电进行了研究。利用美国产No-raxon无线肌电遥测系统对速射技术动作的肌电进行采集和纪录分析。分析中选取射击的举枪时间和枪与枪的时间间隔,肌肉贡献率和平均振幅为研究指标。试图从射击动作的一致性和稳定性两个方面来揭示男子手枪速射的肌电特点从而发掘男子手枪速射的肌肉活动特点和运动规律,为以后男子手枪速射运动员的训练提供一些有用的参考信息。

| Abstract: | As a historical sport and main gold medal spot of China,shooting has strong personality in technique.The paper studies some Chinese elite men rapid pistol shooters' myoelectricity of shooting technique.It collects and records myoelectricity of shooting technique by Noraxon wireless myoelectricity telemetering system made in USA,selecting pistol lifting time,time of interval,contribution of muscle and average swing as indexes.It tries to reveal the characteristics of men pistol shooters' myoelectricity from the aspects of consistency and stability,in order to find out characteristics and rules of muscles in rapid shooting and prepare some reference available for shooters following. |
