| 摘 要： | 我国传统国有企业治理特征是行政型治理。在产权高度集中于国家的产权制度下，传统国有企业被政府化和行政化。在传统体制下，政府是国有企业的治理主体，政府与国有企业之间的治理关系是行政治理关系。在经济体制转轨过程中，我国国有企业新型治理模式是一种产权契约治理模式。

| Abstract: | The Feature of Our Traditional SOE Governance was government governance. Under highly concentrated institution of property rights by the country, traditional SOE Governance was administrated. Under the traditional institution, the government was the subject of the SOE governance. The relation between the government and the SOE was administrated governance. In the process of economic institutional Transition, our new model of the SOE government is a governance model of the property rights contract. |
