摘    要:大学具有人才培养职能,在培养模式上与职业教育一样,都是采用专业教育方式。专业教育起源于职业,大学专业教育往往注重职业性,人文精神常因大学专业教育的职业性而被丧失。大学专业教育强调职业性无可厚非,但人文精神不可或缺。人文精神是大学精神的一个重要内容,高素质人才应当是“文职”兼优。大学专业教育需要超越职业性,不断开拓人文精神,达到专业教育与人文精神伦理发展的统一。

On the Professional Education and the Spirit of Humanity in University

Abstract:University has a function of training of bright people and the same way as vocation education. They all use the professional education. The professional education comes from the occupation, and it has relations with occupation so the spirit of humanity likely loses in profession. The spirit of humanity is a part of content to development of university and a part of culture in campus. The bright people's training in university is not only a profession but a specialist. So the people have the spirit of humanity and they are professional and human.
