| Abstract: | On the basis of the analysis of the meanings of learning and learning behavior the article points out that learning behavior widely exists in human life and in the course of practice. To learn how to learn is to learn how to use your "mind", turning incidental learning into intentional learning, in the direction of learning which will benefit both mankind and society. |
