| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法等方法,对广东省9个城市18所中学的540名中学教师进行调查研究,结果表明：广东省中学教师健康状况不佳;体育人口比例低;锻炼场所主要集中在学校体育场馆,锻炼时间集中在下午和傍晚或晚上,选择的体育锻炼内容呈健身性、娱乐性和实用性的多元化发展趋势;参加体育活动认知度低。

| Abstract: | Through using the method of literature review, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper made investigation on 540 teachers from 18 middle schools in 9 cities of Guangdong province. The result shows that health condition of middle school teachers in Guangdong province is not optimistic, and the sport population rate and the awareness are low.
