荧光体Ca5(PO3)4F:Re(Re=Ce,Tb)的VUV-vis发光特性

摘    要:采用高温固相反应合成了Ca5(PO3)4F:Re(Re=Ce,Tb)荧光体,并研究了其结构特性和真空紫外、紫外激发下的发光特性。在紫外激发下,Ca5(PO3)4F:Re(Re=Ce,Tb)中Ce3+离子可以将吸收的能量直接传递给Tb3+离子,使得Tb3+的绿色发光强度大大增加。在真空紫外激发下,Tb3+离子将吸收的能量传递给Ce3+离子,使得Tb3+的绿色发光强度减弱。

Abstract:Ca5 (PO3 )4F doped Ce, Tb samples are prepared by the solid state reaction, and the properties of structure and hrrninescent properties under VUV-UV excitation are studied. Under UV excitation, the relative intensity of the phosphor becomes strengthened and the energy transfer of Ce3+→Tb3+ in luminescence process of Ca5 ( PO3 ) 4 F: Re ( Re = Ce, Tb) exists. Otherwise, under VUV excitation, the relative intensity of the phosphor becomes weakened, and the energy transfer of Ce3+→Tb3+ in luminescence process of Ca5 ( PO3 )4F : Re( Re = Ce ,Tb) under 172 nm VUV excitation exists.
