| 摘 要： | 读者调查作为读者工作的首要环节,是读者服务工作的前提,也是满足读者需求,提高读者服务工作质量和水平的客观依据。笔者近期对北京市京郊区县图书馆的读者作了一次抽样调查,收集了一些数据,特撰此文,对京郊区县图书馆的读者服务工作及今后发展进行一些探讨。
