| 摘 要： | 在调查的基础上,分析了当前大学生心理问题产生的原因,提出了大学生心理健康教育重在培养人的生命精神、理性向上的人格、健康活泼的人生态度等基本观点,使大学生的心理健康教育工作变被动为主动。其特征主要体现在辩证、智慧、乐观、高昂八个字上。
