| 摘 要： | 资产证券化是近30年来国际金融领域最重要的金融创新之一.尽快引入这一创新工具,对于深化我国经济金融体制的改革,促进资本市场的发展等,无疑都有着十分重要的现实意义.本文从我国实行资产证券化启动资产,资产证券化的运行模式、证券化品种的选择等方面进行了探讨.

This article studies and researches on the starting funds needed by China asset Sceurity, developing models, choices of sorts of asset securities. |
