摘    要:基于“立德树人”“德智体美劳”五育并举和新医科人才培养理论,从顶层设计、组织机构、课程体系、教学模式、教学评价和师资保障等六个方面构建高职医学专业“六位一体”通识教育体系。体系以“三修养、三精神”为教育目标,以具有高职特色的“通识教育学院”为机构保障,以“三层次、四模块”为课程体系,以“三结合”为教学模式,以“多元化”为评价标准,以“教师共同体”为师资保障。

Abstract:Based on"Cultivating People by Virtue,Intelligence,Physique and Labor"principle and the cultivation of new medical talents,the"six in one"general education system of medical major in higher vocational colleges is constructed from six aspects,including top-level design,organizational structure,curriculum system,teaching mode,teaching evaluation and teacher guarantee.The system takes"three cultivations and three spirits"as the educational goal,"general education college"with high vocational characteristics as the institutional guarantee,"three levels and four modules"as the curriculum system,"three combination"as the teaching mode,"diversity"as the evaluation standard and"teacher community"as the guarantee for teachers.
