| 摘 要： | 新高考改革下,我国基础教育阶段对职业生涯的专业指导呈现需求。通过对美国、日本、英国等发达国家基础教育阶段职业生涯教育实践的比较和分析,总结对我国职业生涯教育的启示:国家应以政策为导引,建立完善的职业生涯教育体系;增加资金投入,开发专业课程和培养师资;学校应培训各科教师,实现学科教学与职业生涯教育的融合。

| Abstract: | With under the new college entrance examination reform going on,Chinese elementary education has a realistic demand for career guidance.Through the comparison and analyses of the career education in the United States,Japan,Britain and other developed countries,the enimplications of career education are summarized.The government should be guided by policies to establish a sound career education system;increase capital investment,develop professional courses and train teachers;schools should train teachers to achieve the integration of subject teaching and career education. |
