| 摘 要： | 北朝时期女子的家庭地位随着一生角色的转换和生活空间的位移，发生着转折和变迁。在室女的家庭地位在法定身份上保持长幼有序；在自我决策权上胡、汉女子存在差异；有一定的受教育权和财产继承权。出嫁女的家庭地位是夫妻平起平坐；主要由母亲承担对子女的教诫权；妇女参与家庭事务的管理。北朝女子家庭地位较高的原因有：受少数民族传统风尚的影响；妇女在家庭劳动与社会生产中有重要作用；儒家礼教的影响尚未深入。

| Abstract: | The women's positions in their families in the Northern Dynasties changed with the transformation of their roles in lives and with the displacement of their living space.Comparatively speaking,the women's positions in their families in the Northern Dynasties were quite high.That was due to the traditional culture of ethnic minorities,the significant roles of women in family labor and social production,and their isolation from the Confucian ethical code. |
