摘    要:本文以知识型企业人力资本流动及激励作为研究对象,首先说明其承载体———知识型员工的工作特性,其次构建企业人力资本流动模型以及激励模型,最后提出激励策略。

Abstract:In the paper,the authors regard the flow and motivation of human capital in the knowledge-based enterprises as the object of the research.At first,the authors explain the characteristics of knowledge-based employees'work,then they construct a model of flow and motivation of human capital in enterprises,Finally they put forward some strategies of motivation.
