| 摘 要： | 分层次地学实践教学体系是创新人才培养的重要内容，中国地质大学（北京）经过50多年不断改革和探索，总结出以周口店地质测量实习为纽带的三层次地学实践教学体系，被证明是符合地学教学规律和行之有效的。然而，由于三层次教学问相对独立操作，从而造成各层次问在教学内容、教学方式、教学目标等的衔接尚不完全协调，进而在高端人才培养，特别是创新人才输出方面出现问题。本文针对此问题，在多年不同类型实践教学工作基础上，通过调查、总结和研究，提出了有针对性进行改革的基本思路和具体措施，并进一步提出已经或可能出现的问题。

| Abstract: | Geological practice teaching system at variable level of the undergraduate stage is one of the most important compositions in the innovation personnel training.
