| 摘 要： | 本文将国外的技术管理（ＭＯＴ）思想划分为四个不同的学派：研究和开发管理、创新管理、技术规划和战略性ＭＯＴ学派，然后在本文提出的框架下，评述了中国ＭＯＴ的研究在创新调查、创新过程、创新与组织等方面的研究进展，并提出了未来需解决的问题。
