| 摘 要： | 与时俱进是马克思主义特有的理论品质。坚持与时俱进，就必须不断根据实践的要求进行理论创新，实践基础上的理论创新是社会发展和变革的先导。理论创新必须以马克思主义为指导，在解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进的基础上进行。“三个代表”重要思想是马克思主义的理论创新。

| Abstract: | It is a peculiar theoretical quality of Marxism to keep pace with the times. To insist on it, we must constantly carry out theoretical innovation according to the requirement of practice. Theoretical innovation based on practice is the precursor of social development and reforms. It must take Marxism as its guidance and go on on the basis of mind-emancipation, keeping pace with the times and seeking truth from the facts. The important "Three Representations" is a great theoretical innovation of Marxism. |
