| 摘 要： | 太平军在进军两湖途中，曾将新入伍的大批“挖煤夫”和“船民”先后单独编入名为“土营”和“水营”的新兵种，第一次将我国历代战争中担负作战工程保障任务的工程兵从传统的陆营中分离出来，其建设与运用较之古代农民起义军有着重大突破与创新。其作战方法与用兵原则，对中国军队近现代化建设有着深刻影响。水营实际上是一支以担负江河作战工程保障任务为主的水上机动兵种，它为太平天国夺取政权、巩固政权发挥了重要作用。

| Abstract: | When the army of The Taiping Heavenly Kingdom were on their way to Hunan and Hubei, the leaders sellected boatmen and miners as their engineer troops. It was the first time in Chinese history to separate troops whose task was to construct military wooks etc. from troops whose task was to fight. The art and principles in commanding these engineer troops have brought active influence to the modernization of Chinese armies ever after. |
