| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查和实地走访的方法，对中学体育教师课堂常规管理行为及影响因素进行分析.结果表明中学体育教师现实课堂管理行为与价值取向之间存在着一定的差距，它直接影响到体育课堂常规管理行为的规范.
