| 摘 要： | 学校文化的内涵一度被人们曲解,给实践操作带来了一定的误导.学校文化不是独立的物质、精神或制度等特质或要素,抑或它们之间的简单相加;它是"物质或制度"所蕴含的精神或意义,是一张"意义之网".学校文化是由学校全体或部分成员共享的价值、信仰、规范等组成的意义结构.美国加纳多小学的形象向我们展现了学校文化的真正内涵,让我们真切地体验了学校文化的整体存在.该学校的文化建设启示我们:每一个学校都有自己独特的文化,只有以学校成员共享的价值为领导,统率学校各个方面的建设,学校才会形成共同的愿景和积极的学校文化.

| Abstract: | The connotation of school culture has always been misinterpreted. To some degree, this misguides the educational practice. School culture is not simply putting together some interdependent elements such as material, mental and institution. It is a system of meanings which composes of values, belief and rules and links people together in the school. The image of Ganado School indicates what the school culture is and how to build it. Each school has its own special culture. The school should be led by the values shared by all the members of the school. In this way the positive school culture and vision can be formed. |
