| 摘 要： | 档案信息与档案载体在多大程度上进行分离、在什么条件下进行分离,尤其是以数据化表达形成分离,实现档案信息的确定性、独立表达以及可交换性,这对档案价值的彰显具有重要意义。数字化分离之后,以数据库形态表现、以产业化方式运作的档案信息加工对档案价值的提升起到关键作用。档案信息的独立存在伴随社会信息化进程影响社会生产方式,亦可以伴随信息资源化进程影响国家、社会和个人生存方式,并升华为现代经济社会重要资源要素和价值利益载体。档案信息在真正意义上独立存在,便是档案价值全面实现的开始。

| Abstract: | In what degree and under what conditions archival information and archival carrier are separated, especially by datamation expression, to realize the certainty of archival information, independent expression and exchangeability, which is very important to realize the value of archives. After the digital separation, archival information processing which is in the form of databases and the operation of industrialization plays a key role in the improvement of the archival value. Along with the process of society informatization, the independent existence of archival information affects social production mode, and also with the process of information resourciation affects the national, social and personal life style, and becomes an important element of resources and the interest carrier in modern economic society. Archival information in the true sense of independent existence is the beginning of the full realization in archival value. |
