| 摘 要： | 全球化正在越来越多地影响着我国的政治、经济、科技和文化等领域,高等教育的方方面面同样受到了全球化的深远影响。在全球化的背景下,我国高校共青团和青年工作面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。在这样的背景下,思考我国高校共青团和青年工作是一件很有意义的事情,这将促使我们在保证工作性质不变的前提下,运用科学的管理理念、管理方法,开拓我国高校共青团和青年工作的新局面。

Therefore, it is of great importance to consider how to improve our Youth League work efficiency with scientific managerial ideas and methods without changing its essence. |
