| 摘 要： | 政府雇员制通过市场化、契约化的方法解决了现行公务员制度面临的一些问题,在人才的使用上引入了灵活的市场机制。但是由于政府雇员制是一种崭新的人事制度,其理论研究尚不深入,在政府雇员制的推行过程中也表现出了法律法规不健全、市场化程度不完善、日常管理不规范等问题。基于此,文章在吸收已有研究成果的基础上,通过比较政府雇员制与公务员制度,分析了我国政府雇员制的现状,对政府雇员制的相关问题进行了简要分析,提出了相应建议,以期对这一问题有一定的指导意义。
