| 摘 要： | 二级学院脱离母体大学向民办教育转变的过程中,不可避免出现诸如负债、教学质量、社会接受程度等危机,针对这种现象,二级学院应当通过建设符合自身特色的师资、信息公开、详尽收支预算、高效资源共享等措施,有效地预防二级学院潜在的各种危机。

| Abstract: | In the process of transformation from the secondary colleges to private colleges, there are inevita- bly some crisis such debts, teaching quality, social acceptance and so on. Aiming at this phenomenon, the secondary college should be constructed according to its own characteristics of teachers, with information disclosure, detailed budget, efficient resource sharing to effectively prevent the potential crisis in the sec- ondary college. |
