| 摘 要： | 在初任高校体育课教师期间,如何尽快地掌握教学基本理论、基本教学方法、尽快地进入教师角色,这是每个新教师非常关注的问题,就此,对教师的根本、体育课教学中为什么教、怎么教、教什么等问题加以分析讨论,为新任高校教师的同行提出参考意见。

| Abstract: | During being the newly appointed teachers,it is a very concerned problem for the teachers how to master the basic theory, the basic teaching method and how to enter a new teacher role. So the authors analyse the basic of the teachers: why the teachers teach, how the teachers teach, and what the teachers teach in P.E.teaching and provide for the newly appointed teachers for reference. |
