| 摘 要： | 应用基于WEB的数据库技术,将现有查新工作流程中的受理委托、形成合同、课题分配、检索、报告生成、归档、数据导出各个环节集成于一个统一的计算机网络工作环境中,免去查新人员的许多重复性人工操作,用系统规范查新流程,极大地提高了查新工作的效率与管理水平。

| Abstract: | The application based on the WEB database technology,will have the new work flow to accept the request,to form the contract,the topic assignment,the retrieval,the report production,the filing-up,the data to derive each link integration in unified computer network working conditions,the exemption will have the new personnel's many duplicated manual control and the new flow with the system specification,raise the efficiency and the management level enormously. |
